For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply wherever the capitalised terms appear:

• "sma77", "We", "Us", "Our" — refers to the sma77 platform, its operators, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities that own and operate the website accessible at https://sma77.pro.
• "Platform" — refers to the sma77 website, mobile interface, application, and all associated services including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), Keno, and sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting entertainment) products.
• "Member", "You", "Your" — refers to any individual who has registered a sma77 account and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" — refers to the registered Member profile on the sma77 Platform, including the associated IDR wallet balance.
• "Funds" — refers to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) balances deposited by a Member into their sma77 Account wallet.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by sma77 to Members subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Stake" — refers to the amount of Funds a Member wagers on any single bet, game round, or lottery draw.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a Bonus must be played through before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required by sma77 before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" — refers to deposit limits, session-time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available through the Member dashboard.

Use of the sma77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of others).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. sma77 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products on the Platform. Access by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time you access the Platform and place any wager, or you must be an Indonesian national accessing the Platform from abroad for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by sma77 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when placing bets or accessing the Platform.

sma77 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local statute. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. sma77 accepts no liability for any Member who accesses the Platform in breach of local law.

Each eligible individual may register a maximum of one (1) sma77 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. You must promptly update this information if it changes. sma77 is not responsible for any loss suffered as a result of inaccurate registration details provided by the Member.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account — including all bets placed and all deposits or withdrawals processed — is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify sma77 support immediately at [email protected].

sma77 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where sma77 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

All financial transactions on the sma77 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sma77 does not charge conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which sma77 accepts no liability.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits are credited to the Member's Account wallet in real time upon confirmation of receipt by sma77's payment system. In rare cases of system latency, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to appear. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, Members should contact support with proof of transfer.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for verified Accounts during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operating window. sma77 targets a maximum withdrawal processing time of 24 hours for all requests, including those requiring additional compliance review.

sma77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of any account dispute. In such cases, sma77 will notify the affected Member via their registered email address and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

Members acknowledge that they must only deposit Funds from payment accounts they own. Depositing Funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or third-party sources is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and applicable law, and will result in immediate Account suspension and referral to the appropriate authorities.

sma77 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonus packages, weekly reload bonuses, live casino cashback programmes, and seasonal campaigns tied to major events such as Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), the FIFA World Cup, and BRI Liga 1 milestones. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

General bonus conditions that apply to all sma77 promotions unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Members once per promotion period unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and real-money Funds are held separately in the Account wallet. Real-money Funds are wagered first unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be played through the applicable Wagering Requirement before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the promotion page.
• sma77 does not impose hidden wagering conditions. All rollover requirements, eligible game contributions, minimum odds, and time limits are published on the promotion page before a Member opts in.
• Attempting to abuse Bonus offers — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated bet hedging, or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics — will result in Bonus forfeiture and may result in Account suspension.
• sma77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Members.

All bets placed and games played on the sma77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are published within the relevant game or betting interface. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any Stake.

• Sportsbook: Bets are settled in accordance with sma77's official sportsbook rules, available within the sportsbook interface. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or result dispute, sma77's decision — made in reference to official league or governing body data — is final. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (Asian goal handicap) bets are subject to their respective product-specific rules.
• Live Casino: All live casino games are streamed from certified studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game outcomes are determined by studio dealers and certified RNG systems. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, sma77's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the affected round.
• Slots: All slot titles available on sma77 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) verified by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Togel & Keno: Draw results are determined by certified RNG systems and published within the platform immediately upon draw completion. Results are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of personal outcome expectations.
• Sabung Ayam: Live sabung ayam events are streamed in real time. Meron and Wala markets are settled based on the official arena result as determined by the arena operator. In the event of a draw (BDD), all stakes are refunded in full.

sma77 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, at incorrect odds due to a system or data feed error, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Members will be notified of any void bets and the applicable Funds returned to their Account wallet.

sma77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, sustainable entertainment environment for all Members. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic. The following tools are available to every sma77 Member directly from their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts at defined session-length intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a 24-hour, 48-hour, or 7-day break from betting activity without permanently closing your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the sma77 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

All content on the sma77 Platform — including but not limited to the sma77 brand name, logo, trade marks, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of sma77 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without sma77's prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the sma77 brand, logo, or trade marks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of sma77's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sma77 Platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities:

1. Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
3. Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform or to place bets.
5. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of such vulnerabilities will be voided.
6. Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, or coordinated bonus abuse.
7. Depositing or attempting to deposit Funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
8. Threatening, harassing, or abusing sma77 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
9. Attempting to circumvent any Responsible Gaming Tool or restriction imposed on your Account.
10. Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of accessing the Platform in violation of applicable law.

sma77 employs real-time fraud detection systems and reserves the right to suspend any Account pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected, without prior notice to the Member.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sma77 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, system failure, force majeure, or third-party provider outage.
• Any loss arising from a Member's reliance on odds, game outcomes, or promotional information that contains a typographical or data-feed error, where sma77 has voided the affected bets and returned the applicable Funds.
• Any unauthorised access to a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

In all cases where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, sma77's total aggregate liability to any individual Member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their sma77 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a sma77 Account at any time and for any reason, subject to the conditions below.

Member-initiated closure: A Member may request Account closure at any time by contacting sma77 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Funds in the Account wallet (after deduction of any outstanding Bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days.

sma77-initiated suspension or closure: sma77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• sma77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• A regulatory, compliance, or law enforcement obligation requires sma77 to do so.
• The Member has been found to be under 21 years of age.
• The Member's Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months (dormant account policy applies — see the Account dormancy notice sent to the Member's registered email).

Where an Account is closed by sma77 due to a breach, any Funds held in the Account may be forfeited in whole or in part at sma77's discretion, subject to applicable legal obligations. sma77 will provide written notice of Account closure and the reason therefor to the Member's registered email address wherever it is reasonably practicable to do so.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sma77 is licensed and incorporated. sma77 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory oversight of its licensing authority.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and sma77 arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of written notice of the dispute, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body designated by sma77.

Nothing in this clause limits sma77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in relation to the protection of its intellectual property rights or in response to imminent threatened harm to the Platform or its Members.

Members who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to restrictions under Indonesian law and that they access the Platform at their own risk and on their own legal assessment. sma77 does not provide legal advice to Members regarding the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction.

sma77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to eligibility criteria, withdrawal conditions, or Bonus terms — sma77 will provide Members with at least 14 days' advance notice via email to their registered address and via an on-site notice displayed upon login.

Continued use of the sma77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If a Member does not agree to the revised terms, they must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment. Any Funds held in the Account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with Clause 11.
